  • What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept private pay, as well as Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare insurances.

  • How do I make an appointment?

  • What should I do before my evaluation?

    If you are a parent/caregiver of a pediatric client, you need to complete the intake paperwork that we will send via email before your evaluation. We will also need to verify your insurance before the evaluation.

    For adult clients, we will give you a call to get a brief statement about your speech therapy needs before your evaluation. We will also need to verify your insurance before your evaluation.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    Yes! We request at least 24-hour notice for cancellation. We require an 80% attendance rate for your child to keep their weekly appointment. We will offer makeup sessions when possible.

    Please note that your therapist determines the frequency at which your child needs to attend therapy in order to succeed. Missing appointments on a regular basis hinders progress. Please let your therapist know if you need to change your appointment time to work with your schedule.
